About the award
Sales 3.0 and Zoho want to recognize a salesperson who is not only making a difference to the bottom line of your organization, but is also impacting the lives of people in their own community. The winner will be announced during the Sales 3.0 Conference in Las Vegas in September 2019, and will receive:
Any salesperson who is based in the U.S., is a high performer, gives back to the community, and wants to see others succeed. Nominations can be submitted by a salesperson's reporting manager or peer manager, or a member of their company's senior leadership team.

Criteria
Finalists will be selected using a point system and the criteria listed on the form. Finalists will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the winner will be announced during the Sales 3.0 Conference in Las Vegas on September 16-17, 2019.

Criteria
- B2B salesperson in the U.S.
- Top performer (based on their manager or company's metrics)
- Actively involved in giving back to their community (e.g., volunteering their time at a local charity, donating to support relief efforts, serving on city boards or commissions)
- Three finalists will be notified by mid-August 2019. The three finalists will receive a complimentary ticket to attend the Sales 3.0 Conference (finalists will be responsible for their own travel costs).
- One winner will be announced during the conference. The winner will receive a $500 Amazon gift card for themselves and a $500 donation to a local charity of their choice.

Terms and Conditions
- Beyond the Sale Award (2019): The Beyond the Sale Award 2019 (the "BSAs") are sponsored by Sales Dot Two, Inc. and Zoho Corporation (individually a "Sponsor" and together the "Sponsors"). By submitting a nomination form participants agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms").
- Eligibility: A nominee for the BSAs ("Nominee") and those submitting the nomination form ("Nominators") must be residents of the United States and aged 18 years or over. The Nominee and Nominator must currently be employed by the same organization and the Nominator must be the Nominee's reporting manager or peer manager. Employees of the Sponsors or employees family members are not eligible to enter. Incomplete submissions and self-nominations will not be accepted. Only one entry will be accepted per Nominator. Multiple entries from the same Nominator will be disqualified.
- Representations and Warranties of Nominator: The Nominator represents and warrants (1) that he/she and the Nominee meet the Eligibility Requirements for the BSAs outlined in Section 2 of the Terms and (2) that all information provided on the nomination form is accurate and up to date.
- How To Enter: Complete details of how to enter are provided on the nomination form located at: https://www.sales30conf.com/vegas2019/awards/beyond-the-sales/enter/. If a Nominator would like to submit a video, please ensure all requested information on the nomination form is completed in addition to any video provided and include a link to the video within the video submission link on the nomination form.
- Deadline: Entries will be accepted until 5:00 pm PT on August 8, 2019. After this date no further entries will be accepted.
- Selection of Winner: The submissions will be scored by a panel of judges selected by Sponsors. The winner will be announced at the Sales 3.0 Conference in Las Vegas on September 16-17, 2019 (the "Conference"). The Sponsors will notify three finalists prior to the Conference. The finalist and their nominators will each receive one free pass to attend the Conference. The finalists and nominators will each be responsible for all of his/her travel expenses (including, but not limited to, all transportation expenses, airfare, accommodation etc.).
- Name and Likeness: The participants agree that the Sponsors may use his/her name and image in any publicity material in connection with the BSAs.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE BSAS, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SPONSORS' LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $100.
- Cancellation: The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or amend the BSAs and these Terms without notice to participants.
- Governing Law: The BSAs and these Terms will be governed by California law.
